At RRL Wills, our approachable team focuses on putting you first, explaining often complex legal issues in a direct and easy to understand manner, with as little jargon as possible.

Each of the team works out of both our Truro and Penzance office, making client contact as comfortable as possible.

Nick Latimir

Solicitor & Director
Nick is a solicitor who specialises in wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate & succession planning. He is a full member of STEP and Solicitors for the Elderly.

Nick has considerable experience in advising parents of children with learning difficulties, as well as assisting clients who have received personal injury compensation payments with suitable trusts.


Charlotte Eden

Solicitor
Charlotte is a solicitor who specialises in wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administration. Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has many years experience of working with the legal profession locally.

Clare McLeish TEP

Solicitor
Clare qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and has a vast experience in Wills, Trusts and Estate administration. She joined the firm in 2021.
She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Solicitors for the Elderly.
