Jane Barlow

Chartered Legal Executive
Jane is a Chartered Legal Executive, a full member of STEP and a CILEx regulated Probate Practitioner.

Jane believes strongly in working closely with clients and other advisers to ensure the best client outcome. In a career that spans over 40 years, she has gained extensive experience in wills, trusts, powers of attorney, estate planning, estate administration, probate and inheritance tax. Jane has a reputation for being approachable and her ability to explain often complex legal issues in a direct and easy to understand manner.

Charlotte Eden

In-house Lawyer
Charlotte specialises in wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administration. Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has many years experience of working with the legal profession locally.

Jess Long

Senior Associate
Jess is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is currently working towards her graduate status.

Jess specialises in wills, probate matters and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Vicki Burtenshaw

Legal Secretary
Vicki is currently training as a Legal Secretary and assists with all areas of the firm’s operations to ensure the continued smooth running of the office.

Steve Maggs

Steve is RRL’s Tax Partner. He is a Chartered Tax Adviser with over a decade of experience in the tax profession.

Steve’s areas of expertise include: succession (both personal and corporate) and estate planning; capital tax planning; advisory support; and inheritance tax planning.

Nick Skerratt

RRL Partner
Nick is as an experienced Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser.

Nick is licensed to undertake probate work by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and leads the RRL probate team.

Nick frequently advises on succession planning, restructuring, business and property acquisitions/ disposals and inheritance tax.
