We all listened in earnest once again on Monday night as our Prime Minister again made the difficult decision to lock us down to protect our health services and our safety.
We express our deepest thanks to all of the healthcare workers who are working so hard, in very difficult circumstances.
We fully appreciate that it is not only health concerns that people have, so many have been affected financially and some difficult business decisions have been taken across the county.
We would like to assure you that we are fully committed to maintaining the safety of our employees, while also ensuring minimal disruption to our high standard of client service.
RRL Wills has continued to strengthen its IT infrastructure to support our business continuity and to ensure client service continues with minimal disruption. Our team continues to work remotely to ensure business continuity and staff and client safety. In line with government guidance, we have once again closed our offices to the public. We will continue to work to ensure you get what you need, when you need it from us. You can still stay in touch with us electronically, by phone and by post. We have all become very familiar with Microsoft Teams which gives us the ability to meet with you virtually and we are more than happy to continue to meet with you on this basis.
However, we fully understand, that sometimes, you will need to meet with us face to face, and we can make arrangements to do this, closely following the guidelines of government and our regulatory authorities. We are happy to discuss these parameters with you.
If you need any help or guidance, please do not hesitate get in touch with your usual RRL Wills contact who will be happy to help you.
